• 1 (18.25 oz) package chocolate cake mix
• 1 (3.9 oz) package instant pudding mix
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• ½ cup hot water 
• 1 cup sour cream or nonfat plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup mini or regular semi-sweet chocolate chips 

Preheat oven to 375.  Grease and flour a Bundt pan.  

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, water, sour cream, and vanilla.  Beat until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips and pour batter into prepared pan. 

Bake for 1 hour.  Allow to cool and invert pan.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
